Today, the House of the Imperial Government has announced it will be investing more than 10 Trillion Yan, or 10BN Dollars into the nation of Likar!
The investments will go to the Likari sectors of infrastructure, fishery, agriculture, manufacturing, mining, and entertainment sector As well as the investment, several massive Jesian state owned companies will be moving into Likar, expanding on the Likari market Arms manufactures, entertainment companies, and manufacturing enterprises will be seen in Likar giving the Likari people countless jobs!
Several thousand Jesian migrants will be sent to Likar to oversee the investments
Today begins a new era of prosperity for Jesia and Likar!

The mountains, the father said, never roared like this. The lone roads of the occasional truck or van were now covered in day long traffic jams of these foreign drivers. Drivers on there land.
There forefathers had fought "foriegn invaders" before, his father said. Instead of rockets, with stones. But the elder had been told to lay down the gun, for the time being.
I mean, it's better they roar with cars then with rockets.

"Oh that one? My father worked on that, and so did all 10 of my uncles! Haha!" "Shut up! Work harder! The Emperor himself demanded that we all work on this foreign land!" said a supervisor
"Why are we in foreign land? Why are we working for these foreign devils"

They notice a few tribesmen watching them "Shame that no one in this country knows how to build roads or mines. Now they send all of us from Jesia to do work. Maybe they should teach these dirty foreigners to do some work" The supervisor started thinking

Jesia now invests in Education!
Jesia is now investing into the education of Likari locals!
They will be taught how to work, operate on machinery, administrative government, be taught Jesenese, and taught math and science
All lessons will be free (paid in the future) and will be available in all provinces of Likar

Despite obvious efforts to increase relations and literacy, many smaller, rural tribes, have formed gurriela groups advocated for fighting this. They find it as a bribe of sorts, to let non-Likari influence into the land. Usually, there attacks are small; a rare IED, a occasional shootout, or the rockthrowing.
For now, it's contained.

Even the most important resource, Fish. Fish in Jesia, is more than food. Its something else entirely. It's a human right. Fish is so important to Jesians, they are willing to go to wars over it. Report #14 Subject : Cultural and Entertainment potential in Likar
The country of Likar is an old and conservative country, with ageless traditions and values. They live the same way they lived for centuries. The new generation however, is a potential goldmine. They are the first to be exposed to the new world, the developed world. They are flourishing, and open to anything that is deemed foreign, unlike the Jesian market, which resents anything foreign. So, this can be a little experiment. We know that we have to open up a little bit. It is inevitable. There is probably something exploitable in Likari culture. We just have to find it.
We are translating Jesian media to the Likari language, and exposing the newer generation in the cities to it. We will see how they react to it. It is time to unleash.... animation to them
